The advantage of the center is:

3. the courtesy of the staff

I myself am a sales person and feel that the access is the key for the convenience, regardless when I go out to see the clients or when I meet the clients at the office.
Furthermore the security and the cleanliness of the office, and the attitude of the female staff when they treat the clients make me feel easy.

We established our company as the subsidiary of Chinese IT company in Tokyo last year, and our initial problem was what to do about office space. As an IT company serving demanding clients including government and financial sectors in China, our office is important not only from the standpoint of convenience, but also in giving our customers a sense of quality and trust in our services. On the other hand, because we were a foreign subsidiary of a venture company beginning with only a few staff, we did not need much space and our office budget was limited.

As a result, we decided to investigate rental offices in Tokyo. Among the many choices we found, we decided to use Prime Business Center (hereafter “PBC”). PBC surpasses its competition when it comes to the points we think important such as service, convenience, and cost.

After looking into many different rental offices, it seems that there are two common types. One of them is provided by foreign based, global rental office companies. These companies provide high quality facilities, with a bright and professional atmosphere. However, on the other hand the offices often seem somewhat "sterile", and in my opinion they give the impression of “temporary office space”. Furthermore, the advantage that tenants can also use other office space overseas can be useful for some companies, but these offices become quite expensive for companies who don't need those features.

The other common type is Japanese rental office companies which provide office space in typical city office buildings. This type of rental office is usually less expensive, but often the space will be smaller and the facilities or service level can be inferior. In general, these offices did not meet our expectations.

Then we found Prime Business Center. PBC is a Japanese company and meets the requirements of Japanese customers.
